Garmin signs for Middlesbrough

SPONSORSHIP: Garmin has signed for an undisclosed sum to become the principal sponsor of Premier League Middlesbrough Football Club.

The company’s in-car and portable satellite navigation will be used to guide the team to away matches, ensuring the lads reach their destination stress free.
The club says negotiations are already underway about extending the deal for a second year.
Our picture shows Middlesbrough defender Emanuel Pogatetz who, with only three goals in 59 appearances and Gareth Southgate as his manager, obviously needs all the help he can get in finding the goal.
BB wonders if it should offer a prize for the best chant from the stands…
