INVESTMENT: CJR Propulsion recently invested £800k in a new state-of-the art CNC machining centre to increase the quality and accuracy of its propellers.
CJR's new CNC machining centre can increase productivity by 50%
The new Mazak Integrex E1060 vertical combination machining centre was purchased from Yamazaki Mazak, the world’s largest supplier of CNC lathes, machining centres and manufacturing systems.
The Mazak Integrex E1060 is, says CJR, arguably the most advanced multi tasking machine in the industry. Using turbine blade engineering, the machine is able to produce single set up machining with the ability to machine even very small and complex parts to outstanding levels of precision.
With this new equipment in place, productivity levels can increase by up to 50% without compromising on quality.
