Sales up 60% at Navimo trade show

The main objective was to launch new products, along with the winter buy programme, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
And with METS the following month, it was a great way to preview many European product launches, said the company. The result was a massive sales increase over the two days, surpassing the 2006 show by 60%.
'This year's achievement was only made possible due to the dedicated support from our customers and suppliers,' said general manager Ross Wilkinson. 'With such a strong commitment from our customers we are looking forward to a productive 2008 season.'
An extra incentive was offered this year in the chance to win a new Rae Line speedboat, worth £16,500, supplied by Sadler Yachts. BB's advertisement manager Lorraine Curtis made the draw at Navimo UK's head office in Hedge End and the lucky winner was Jeremy Fry from The Dinghy Store in Whitstable, Kent.
'Thank you Navimo for the fantastic prize,' said a delighted Fry. 'We'll give it pride of place in our showroom and it’s a very welcome addition to our winter stock.'
