The magazine targets the consumer and offers a magazine dedicated to brokerage boats from the world’s leading yacht and boat retailers.

Yachtworld: The Magazine will be led by Clare Willison, formerly managing director of Marine Trader Media and founder of Boats and Yachts for Sale,' said Ian Atkins, YachtWorld.com managing director. 'Clare and Sue Milne, formerly MTM’s sales director, will work together to oversee the launch, promotion and sales of the new service, drawing on their extensive knowledge of the boating and publishing markets.'

'YachtWorld.com’s member dealer/brokers will benefit from the additional exposure gained for their boats,' said Willison, 'and our boating consumers will benefit from easy, portable access to their boat search in a high-end print publication.'

YachtWorld.com: The Magazine rounds out the perfect combination of new media with traditional media to provide the complete buying and selling solution, she added.

The magazine will offer over 100 pages of boats and yachts for sale via a combined distribution of subscription and controlled circulation at boat shows, hotels, dedicated news stands, international airports and other high profile outlets. The print run will be 15,000 copies and the title will be produced monthly.

YachtWorld.com: The Magazine will also be available digitally via online subscription through the YachtWorld.com website, directly targeting the site’s 4.5m monthly visitors.

The first issue will be published in January 2008 and launched to the public at the Collins Stewart London Boat Show at ExCeL.
