Bénéteau produces its 1000th Antarès 7.60

Bénéteau  says Antarès 7.60 hull number 1,000 is due to roll off the Beauvoir assembly line at the beginning of this month.

Designed by André Bénéteau, the Antarès 7.60 was launched in 1997 and number 1,000 will be leaving the company’s production line just 10 years later. This will be the first of the Antarès range of cruising and fishing wheelhouse motor yachts to break the 1,000-boat barrier.

With a length overall of 7.60 meters, beam of 2.75 meters and 200 hp Toyota Nanni diesel engine, the 7.60 lost no time in finding its niche in the market and very quickly established itself as a best seller all over Europe.

The Anniversary version was introduced last summer, featuring an impressive inventory of extra fittings as standard, including bow thruster, electric windlass and 42-litre fridge.
