Business opportunities on River Dart

Land by the River Dart has been opened up for marine business opportunities following the sale of Baltic Wharf, writes Katina Read.
The 26-acre site in Totnes, Devon, has been bought by TQ9 Partnership LLP while three businesses based there - Baltic Wharf Boatyard, Docking Solutions and Baltic Wharf Company, which owns the lease on the land - have been sold to Baltic Wharf Company in a deal which includes 145 metres of River Dart quayside. The site was home to the ill-fated Team Philips project headed by Pete Goss.
