IMP acquires Nauquip

IMP has acquired Nauquip, the UK and Ireland distributors of Andersen winches, schaefer deck gear and reefing systems, Forespar products and Tank Tender gauges. MD Roger Ralston said the Nauquip brands willbe incorporated into the established range of IMP products when the takeover becomes official on January 1, 2007
