    Groupe Bénéteau says its third-quarter sales for 2006-2007 reached €373.1m, resulting in a 28.4% increase over the €290.6m for the same period last year.

    Jerry Martin died peacefully at home on Friday, June 15. He had been ill for some time, but continued to find energy in the activities of his beloved marine industry.

    Following what British Waterways (BW) calls ‘a speculative article’ in The Sunday Telegraph on June 10, the corporation released a statement saying it is committed to the restoration of the Cotswold Canals.

    This year’s Seawork International exhibition sees it celebrating its 10th anniversary with a show that promises 400 exhibitors from all over the world and 70 vessels on the pontoons.
