BW now owns 18 inland marinas

British Waterways Marinas Ltd (BWML) has acquired Whixhall Marina on the Llangollen Canal, writes Harry Arnold.
Located at the current terminus of the Prees Branch - in what was a canal company clay pit – it is one of the oldest established marinas on this popular waterway.
BWML now owns 18 marinas on the canal and river network.
