Science park sponsors powerboat

Plymouth’s Tamar Science Park is to sponsor the city’s
newest powerboat racing team, writes Katina Read.
Scream-it.com, taking part in the 225 series, is being piloted by Richard George from IT company GOSS and Danny Bamping of Bedlam Puzzles.
The duo completed its first race together in the 2007 Honda Formula Four Stroke Series in Torquay, coming 10th in the race itself and gaining 12th position in the overall championships.
‘As clients, we are thrilled that Tamar Science Park is supporting our new business venture by becoming boat sponsors,’ said George, chief executive of GOSS. ‘We wanted a proactive and dynamic way to promote our new 'business in a box' software package, scream-it.com, and the powerboat is the perfect vehicle.’
