The Kingsbridge-based firm has recently advised many marine firms – such as Premier Marinas - on the best way to cut their trade waste handling costs, whilst complying with the latest European legislation.

The scheme was piloted in Salcombe Harbour and the experience from this scheme is now being utilised nationwide, resulting in significant cost savings to the firms, with the added environmental benefits of diverting waste away from landfill.

Stirling recently took on Peter Webb to help with the scheme roll out. Webb, known to many through his publishing activities with Local Boating and before that Boating Business, has added experience from his background of commercial boatbuilding after an early career at sea to put him in a good position to advise ports, marinas, boatyards and marine businesses.

He's working from a dedicated office on Hayling Island – telephone 023 9246 3968.
