Brave decision brings reward for IWA festival

Following heavy rain which turned Hemingford Meadow at St Ives – the site of the 2007 Inland Waterways Association National Festival & Boat Show - into something of a mudbath there was a question as to whether the event would open, writes Harry Arnold.
