Earlier this year the company launched its totally re-engineered Hawk and Whipflex masthead models, together with Raider model for RIBs. These aerials were tested to numerous EN standards including radio frequency performance, vibration, salt mist, salt water and -30°C to +50°C temperatures - which they all passed.

The masthead range is now presented in stylish new packaging including fitting instructions in 17 languages.

The company's other recent introductions are its two AIS aerials which are specifically tuned to the very narrowband AIS frequency (161.975 to 162.025 MHz). One model is a masthead whip and the other model is for commercial applications.

The company reports that sales of the V-Tronix brand continue to rise and that much of the sales increase is coming from exports to Europe.
