Fairline Southampton opens for business

SOUTH COAST: Fairline Southampton opened for business last month operating from its newly refurbished 9000 sq ft headquarters at the Hamble River Boatyard, Swanwick.

Created by Fairline Essex and Fairline Channel Islands, the new operation will provide sales and service facilities to Fairline customers from Eastbourne to Bristol.

Managed by Trevor Betts, formerly manager of Fairline Port Solent, the new facility has undergone a complete refurbishment in line with Fairline's Retail Development programme to give a sales showroom with land and on-water display facilities.

The existing Fairline dealerships at Port Solent, Poole and Shamrock Quay will relocate to the new premises this year.

Fairline Channel Islands, which was responsible for Southampton, Poole, Weymouth and Torquay, will retain all sales and servicing facilities for the Channel Islands.

Fairline Essex, which previously looked after Port Solent and the surrounding area, will continue to operate from Essex Marina covering Essex, Kent, the Thames Estuary and East Sussex.
