Autocleat takes Innovations Showcase Award

The device will release any line configuration; loop, figure 8, slip knot or anything with ease. The Autocleat 200 offered by Golden Arrow has a maximum release load of 30kg. The Autocleat 250 and 300 versions are under development and will offer release loads of 70 and 100kg. Autocleat has an international patent pending.
Cast from a high strength, corrosion resistant stainless steel, the horns of the Autocleat give exceptional high side load carrying capacity. The remaining components are manufactured from marine grade materials and composites and the cleat comes complete with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
It is also designed to enable simple installation for the marine fitter or home handyman. Installation takes just a few minutes with some simple tools and only two low amperage wires are needed to power up the Autocleat.
