The full Brazilian wax

One of the hardest and most long-lasting natural waxes known to man is one that comes from the Carnauba palm (Copernicia prunifera), native to Brazil.

It is practically insoluble in water and harder than concrete in its pure form. In a new formulation intended for enthusiasts, BoatSheen has blended it into an emulsion to make it easy to apply.

Unlike most other products containing Carnauba wax, Boatsheen says it has added no abrasives. Instead, the company recommends using a pre-wax polish treatment only if surface preparation is needed.

When applied to a boat, the wax expands and seals the pores in the surface, creating a protective coating which buffs to a deep shine. As for the name, Boatsheen says it just had to call it 'Best Brazilian'.
