Coleman: unstinting efforts for the industry

Coleman has been suffering from ill health for some time and this decision is probably long overdue: he needs to devote more time to getting well, rather than looking after this industry.

David Barrow of Barrow International, will replace him with immediate effect, although Coleman will remain a committee member to ensure a smooth handover of the reins.

We're sure the industry will join BB in offering its thanks to Coleman - the inaugural winner of the Boating Business Lifetime Achievement Award - for his unstinting efforts on behalf this industry over many years.

'We are delighted that David is remaining as a member of the committee,' said BMF chief executive Rob Stevens, 'and would also like to welcome David Barrow as his successor.'
