SOUTH COAST: Plans for the West Quay Marina project, on the site of the former Sunseeker boatyard in Poole is to incorporate 16,000 sq ft of office space, restaurants, bars and cafes, 172 parking spaces, and 30 moorings, writes Iain Sutherland. A 182 bed hotel and serviced apartments apparently able to cater for Sunseeker clients is also included.
