Dustcontrol UK - Stand 100
Attending BBEx for the first time, Dustcontrol will be discussing the problems associated with dust pollution in modern production facilities and how an integrated high vac system can provide the competitive advantage you may be wondering how to achieve.
Airborne dust and particulate waste from manufacturing processes are increasingly unacceptable in today’s facilities when trying to achieve an efficient working environment. If physical concerns over product quality and environmental health are not enough, external pressures from COSHH and the recent ATEX regulations only go to build on the burden of having to maintain clean and healthy workplaces.
Whilst it may seem that air cleaning through large-scale ventilation is a primary option, many businesses could drastically improve their facilities through on-tool extraction directly at the source of the problem. This involves the use of high vac systems to transport the waste to a centralised location for easy disposal or to intermediate pre-separators for potential recycling.
The company, Dustcontrol, have been working with companies all over the world for thirty years, improving production facilities and helping to set new standards of both environment and product quality.

Muc-Off - Stand S71
Introducing the world’s first Nano Tech boat cleaner! Muc-Off have now added Nano technology to their award winning cleaning formula.
So why is Muc-Off with Nano better?
Because the Nano sized particles contained in our revolutionary formula will remove dirt and grime from even the tightest surfaces with even less effort!
But that's not all...
Nano Muc-Off will also leave an invisible protective 'Nano Layer' which contains anti-corrosion additives to guard against surface corrosion, both during and after cleaning. Their Nano Tech formula will also leave a sparkling lustre on all surfaces which will reduce dirt adhesion.
What is Nano?
Nano deals with materials and objects on the scale of a nanometre, which is very small, approximately 1/80000th of the diameter of a human hair! This compares to traditional chemicals which use microscale materials which are approximately 1/80th the diameter of a human hair.
