Peachment offers Nannidiesel Inset Generator

The technology behind the new Inset Generator derives from the commercial shipping world, where the generators are an integral part of the drive chain.
The unit delivers permanent power of up to 4kW – 230V, regardless of engine rpm and can supply through 12v, 300A, 24V, 160A or 230V @50Hz.
The unit is driven directly from the flywheel ensuring there is no power loss through transfer. It is water cooled, directly from the engine’s own cooling system, being an integral part of the engine.
The biggest advantage of the Inset Generator is the space saving, which often caused problems by more traditional types of generators or alternators. It is very compact, at only 125mm in overall length; it fits snugly between the engine and gearbox. It is silent running and requires very little maintenance.
The generator will fit Nannidiesel engines from 10hp to 200hp on standard inline shaft versions and 10 hp to 60hp on the sail drive options.
