Everything in place for Torquay

SOUTH WEST: Torquay harbour's new £1.1million dock is now open with the piling, pontoons, wave screens and access bridge now in place, writes Katina Read.
The dock has provided 150 berths, and replaces the swinging moorings which were previously in the harbour.
The berths have power and water and also disabled access.
