First job... Sales assistant at my local chandlery at the grand old age of 13. I used to skip school on Wednesday afternoons. How I got into this industry... My best mate’s mum ran the chandlery. I threaten to sack most of my sales staff on a regular basis, it’s a real motivator. I love them really… Favourite activity away from work... Believe it or not cooking! Some say it’s just an excuse to slurp the wine. How I cope with stress... Apart from firing the sales staff, I find breaking down in tears works best. My advice to Portsmouth Poll...
