Princess Yachts International - Stand K125 & M029
The 32M from Princess Yachts
2012 will see Princess launch both the smallest vessel it has produced for over a decade and the largest the company has ever built.
Although the 32M will take pride of place on the boardwalk it is expected that it will be a much smaller model that will grab the attention as the highly anticipated Princess V39 marks a return to the sub-40 foot sector for the brand.
The new Princess V39 provides a very welcome proposition for those who prefer smaller craft. A unique hull design and powerful Volvo D6-330 engines ensure both speed and economy with quick transition to plane and highly efficient cruising speeds.
Its interior is light and spacious and as well finished as every Princess. The large saloon and well equipped galley combine for a highly sociable entertaining space and both cabins are generously proportioned and contemporarily styled.
It also has an expansive teak-laid cockpit complete with large wetbar, generous seating and a transom platform large enough to accommodate a tender.
The Princess V57 is also making its international debut. A large main deck saloon with large opening sunroof and triple sliding doors connects to the aft cockpit to provide an ‘open boating’ experience, while with doors and roof closed, it also offers an escape from the heat of the day without sacrificing the wonderful views.
There is a submersible bathing platform and large garage for a tender or jet-ski, a large sun bed and generous seating in the cockpit. The galley three light-filled cabins all have spacious en-suite bathrooms: the owner’s stateroom is positioned aft where it enjoys the full beam, while the forward double cabin can be fitted with optional scissor berths for greater flexibility.
Under wraps as yet, spring 2012 will see the launch of the first Princess tri-deck yacht, the 40M – details of which will be released at the show.
