Lots of features in a compact space

01 Nov 2006

A new range of gadgets will change the way people view their pockets this Christmas, says the press release from True Utility.

One of the key issues dealt with by the law in this area concerns the rights of consumers where they are dissatisfied with the state of the product they have bought.

There are a number of new patent pending inventions, including the LockLite, which enables the recipient to turn a key into a torch, while the TravelBug, and the DogTag Tool are, apparently, turning people into one-man workshops.

Company owner and inventor Lee Berman has always had a fascination with storing as much as possible into as small a space as possible, so he looked at a key ring and decided he could make it into a DogTag tool and fit tweezers, screwdrivers, a bottle opener, knives and a torch into the same space.

The gift has, apparently, already been highly commended by the GA Gift Of The Year Award for 2006.

There's a huge range of similarly designed gifts - lots of knives, flashlights, lighters and multitools, including a compact LED flashlight powered by three standard AAA batteries. The tiny torch has 21 LED lights, delivering over 30 hours of non-stop illumination. Each LED has a massive bulb brightness of over 18000 mcd/5 lumens with LED lights achieving full brightness in approximately 0.01 seconds, 10 times faster than an incandescent light bulb (0.1 second).
