Selden sells gennaker bowsprit kit
Selden has launched a retrofit gennaker bowsprit kit that fits to the deck with two pad eyes in line with a bow bracket.
The inboard end features a spring-loaded plunger for easy operation and attachment to the pad-eye.
Selden says it's preferable that the gennaker tack line runs through the bowsprit. It exits through a well-rounded hole in the outboard end to be attached to the tack of the gennaker.
Various bow brackets are available to fit the many different bow designs in the market place.
The kits are priced from £265.05 to £473.06 plus VAT.
