T56 Advansea GPS Chartpoltter available from Plastimo
Navimo has recently launched the new AdvanSea Combo and GPS units.
The Combo C56 GPS chart plotter and fish finder takes full advantage of the latest technology in receiver and LCD displays.
It has an intuitive user interface with functions and pages being selected via user-friendly icons. The ingenious quick release design of the bracket means the AdvanSea navigator can be adapted to fix in any orientation on a horizontal, vertical and even overhead surface.
Further, you can save your favourite sonar or chart images in the embedded memory or removable SD card, for viewing and printing on your PC.
The T56 high resolution VGA GPS chart plotter has both NMEA0183 and 2000 connections. This makes the T56 a complete multi-function navigation device able to show all the external data on board – such as cockpit instruments.
AdvanSea GPS use the latest C-MAP MAX cartography, with large scale satellite images Smooth Zoom etc. Further, it has a ‘highway screen’, with cross-track error indications.
It is also NMEA0183 or NMEA2000 compatible with instruments or transducers, so that it can show everything from fuel to weather forecast on seven fully customisable graphics screens.
Plastimo also has in its portfolio the ground breaking McMurdo Fast Find PLB and the Pilot Race life jacket. In addition the Plastimo range of Headsail Furling Systems have been re-engineered to provide even greater performance and style.
Lastly, the company includes the marine coatings manufacturer International Paint amongst its suppliers, and its boat maintenance products are complemented by the SP range of structural resins.
