We are currently looking for career minded sales professionals to join our established team. The roles will suit ambitious individuals willing to work hard to achieve personal goals and business targets.

The roles
The roles will be primarily focused on covering strategic areas of the UK with a focus on retail, service and OEM markets.  Predominantly field based there will be regular sales meetings to ensure that the support is provided within the team and focus is maintained on strategic business sectors. You will be responsible for maintaining the growth of the existing current customer base, while also focusing on new business development within the allocated geographical area.  Knowledge of the industry and people will be beneficial although not essential.  A good knowledge of sailing or commercial marine experience will help the successful candidates.
The position will be reporting to the UK sales manager and will form part of a larger team that is focused on increasing market share.
The candidates
The successful candidates should be career minded, enjoy a challenging role and understand that the role requires travel thus several nights per week away from home.  Degree level education is beneficial although not essential and an attention to detail and a passion for product based sales will aid the successful candidates once within the role.
Financial reward
The salary rate will be based on experience and market knowledge.  The role will also include a company car, laptop and phone.
