With less than six months until the RS Games 2018 in Weymouth, Rooster has signed to be official event clothing partner.

The games are set to be one of the largest festivals of dinghy racing with courses in Portland Harbour and Weymouth Bay.

The games take place in August with around 1,000 boats and 1,500 competitors from 30 countries expected to take part.

“Rooster and RS have long been brands with shared beliefs and so we are super excited to announce our partnership for the 2018 RS Games,” said Steve Cockerill, Rooster MD and founder. “RS Sailing has a proven track record of equipping sailors with boats they love to sail, which fits perfectly with the Rooster ethos of making top quality kit an affordable option for every sailor, whatever the weather.”

Steve will also be racing to defend his RS Aero 7 World Champion title, clinched after a close final race in Carnac last year.
