Aqua-Marine is merged into Bainbridge

MERGER: Bainbridge acquired Aquamarine Manufacturing in 2004, after which Aqua-Marine International was formed. Now Aqua-Marine is to be merged into Bainbridge International with the trading name of Bainbridge Marine.
The result of this merger will be simplified transactions for customers and suppliers alike and a reduction in the level of account administration which, in turn, will result in reduced operating costs.
Bainbridge says the intention is to reinvest the savings, providing enhancements to the company’s current e-commerce activities to make it even easier for customers to trade with.
All existing terms and conditions remain unchanged and the merger will be effective from January 1, 2011.
