Fusion has launched a purpose-built marine entertainment system with a one-piece glass touchscreen display, built-in Wi-Fi streaming, Digital Signal Processing Technology (DSP) and PartyBus capabilities.

The 4.3-in Fusion RA770 is the flagship of Fusion’s new Apollo Series and features an optically bonded, full-color LCD display touchscreen which users can simply tap to pause and play, or swipe through a playlist. The series also includes the SRX400, with a 2.7-in display

“After listening to our customers and closely examining trends and innovations in other industries like touchscreen and glass helm systems, we knew it was time to change everything. We are very excited to introduce Apollo to the world,” said Chris Baird, Fusion Entertainment MD.

Set locations

The Apollo Series harnesses the power of Fusion DSP and setting up DSP profiles is made simple with the free Fusion-Link app customised for the listener and their specific environment.

PartyBus gives boaters the power to play music across the whole boat or in a single cabin. Each additional PartyBus-enabled stereo can join Party Mode and play the same synced audio source through the entire vessel. Boaters can also opt into Personal Mode and listen to available audio sources.

Users can also play music via Bluetooth, Optical Audio (TV), DAB+ ready, AM/FM radio, AUX and USB. Users can stream music from a mobile device via Universal Plug and Play (UPnP).
