Three new Icom UK radio products at London Boat Show
Icom UK will launch three new marine radio products at the London Boat Show.
On display for the first time in the UK will be the IC-M330GE VHF/DSC marine transceiver (with GPS receiver).
Believed to be one of the smallest fixed VHF/DSC radios in the world, the front face of the radio is so compact that it matches the size of a modern smartphone.
Also on show will be the CB2000 AIS transponder unit that transforms the ICOM IC-M506EURO and IC-M605EURO to VHF/DSC radios to Class B AIS transponders.
The product is designed for all boats, including sailing yachts, motor cruisers, RIBS and tenders.
Designed with an emphasis on commercial use, the IC-M85E VHF marine transceiver with PMR channels is a business waterproof marine handheld that meets both marine and simple Private Business Radio (PBR) applications said Icom UK.
Compact and with a robust modern construction, the IC-M85E includes a built-in voice scrambler to ensure private conversation and emergency features including man down and lone worker function.
London Boat Show takes place from 10-14 January at ExCeL.
