Authorities in Ireland are trying to find the owner of a houseboat that washed up on the country's coast in mid-November.

The boat, complete with a note donating it to ‘homeless youth’ signed by Rick Small and left inside, could now be turned into a local tourist attraction.

So far the Ballyglass Coast Guard has been unsuccessful in its attempt to contact Mr Small.
