MARINAS: Deganwy Quays Marina has retained its 5 Gold Anchor ranking and The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) says it’s noteworthy that the marina has kept its standards high over the last three years.
Owned by Quay Marinas, this is a compact marina set in an old commercial dock which has been redeveloped, TYHA says, with excellent onsite facilities and a sense of quality.
Staff are all smartly dressed and, under the management of Jon Roberts, all work to a very high level of customer services. This is reflected in the high score achieved in the customer questionnaire and mystery shop which was conducted in conjunction with the marina’s assessment.
