Each Southerly gets a Hyde main and genoa as standard
Hyde Sails has won the contract to supply sails to Northshore Yachts for its entire Southerly range.
Northshore, based in Chichester Harbour, is one of the UK's
major yacht builders with a reputation for combining tradition with
technology, producing world class, custom quality yachts for clients around the
world.
Each of the eight boats will have a slightly different sail specification to ensure optimum performance for every size of boat. The Hyde design team visited each boat in the range to verify measurements of the rig and design of the boat so that each model comes with its own bespoke inventory.
The basic specification boat comes with a mainsail and genoa and owners have an option for spinnakers and covers, also from Hyde.
