Having an Investors In People re-assessment in the middle of a company restructure seems not to have fazed ASAP Supplies at all as the IIP assessors came back with a report that the staff have a ‘100% satisfaction level’.

IIP: ASAP Supplies passed its latest assessment for the Investors in People standard with flying colours.

ASAP says their assessor particularly highlighted the company’s up-skilling over the past 12 months as well as its development of a more formal business plan and strategic vision for the company.

‘Not only are we delighted to have passed our latest IIP assessment with flying colours, but we are particularly pleased by the way we have passed it,’ said chief executive Peter Edwards. ‘The assessor commented to us that he had never been to a company where all the staff are happy working for a company. He noted that this is very rare and encouraging to find.’

Investors in People is a standard which helps organisations transform their business performance. The assessment looks at all aspects of the company’s business including business planning, training and development, communications and vision.
