Concealed equipment highlights style of new Se77antasette
Se77antasette's navigation equipment is inside a glass dome
A luxury yacht designed for Benetti by Fernando Romero hides its navigation equipment inside a glass dome.
Se77antasette integrates its radar and propulsion equipment within the structure and conceals navigation equipment inside a glass dome without compromising the control and safety of the vessel.
The 77m long vessel has five variable speed Caterpillar generators that allow use of the full power available from the diesel engine as the speed is not limited to any rpm, reducing the required space.
Lower deck engine
“With this configuration, it was possible to keep the entire engine room on only one level, the under lower deck, allowing the lower deck to be completely dedicated to accommodation,” said Benetti.
The propulsion system delivers a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 5,000 miles at 12 knots, while the generators achieve efficiency in sharing loads through the various operational modes. This power flexibility enables lower exhaust emissions.
Standout features include a large terrace with sofas, a 1.5m deep freshwater swimming pool and a floor lifting system that transforms it into a heliport. There is also an observatory on the upper deck with 8.5m long glass slabs, a double-height saloon and 100sqm master suite.
