David Peach joins 3Si
David Peach is now in charge of 3Si’s new business
NEW APPOINTMENT: Safety and Survival Systems International Ltd (3Si) has appointed former Henri Lloyd director, David Peach, to group business development manager.
Mr Peach will be responsible for co-ordinating the growth of the group’s sales activities in order to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
He said: “The group is now in an even stronger position for further market growth of safety and survival products and service packages across the commercial, leisure and military markets. I look forward to contributing to that continued success.”
Having spent 14 years as international market director for Henri Lloyd, Mr Peach brings with him vast experience in the marine sector.
3Si has been ramping up the acquisition of British safety firms of late in order to grow its portfolio and make itself somewhat of a safety super group.
This month, it acquired the safety division of Richard Irvin Energy Solutions Marine in Scotland, for an undisclosed sum.
Back in March, it acquired International Safety Products Ltd (ISP), a leading safety manufacturer and supplier.
The acquisition of ISP has made 3Si one of the world’s leading lifejacket providers and safety product suppliers.
Both companies have now joined Ocean Safety, Typhoon International, Revere Survival Inc. in 3Si’s growing business portfolio.
