Oceanair charity of the year

18 May 2017

Oceanair employees have chosen the children's hospice charity, Chestnut Tree House to be their charity of the year for 2017.

Chestnut Tree House is a children’s hospice for East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and South East Hampshire and cares for 300 children and young adults from 0-19 years of age with progressive life-shortening conditions.

“We are proud to support Chestnut Tree House and I am pleased to say that we are already making progress in our fundraising, having collected over £500 worth of items to fill charity shops this month," said Catherine Grinstead, Oceanair marketing executive.

"Oceanair and its employees are proud to support such a worthy charity and we hope to contribute to making a positive difference to the families who need these vital services over the coming year."

The company will be running various fundraising events throughout the year with the opportunity for the local community to get involved.
