Victoria Jones moves job at Chemring
Victoria Jones has been appointed marketing coordinator at Chemring Marine. Formerly the company’s sales administrator, Ms Jones started her new role in marketing at the beginning of March 2011.
She has being increasingly active in providing marketing support for distributors and customers over the last six months, has proved to have a “flare” for marketing and is keen to develop Chemring Marine’s marketing strategies and distributor support programmes for the future.
“My previous role has given me a sound platform in marketing and enabled me to learn about our product range as well as having daily contact with our global distributor network,” said Ms Jones, who will be bringing together a number of new initiatives this year, including launching the company’s redesigned website and organising a conference for its worldwide network of distributors.
To further prepare her in the new role, Ms Jones plans to attend Southampton’s Solent University and complete a marketing course.
