R.K. Marine to open a new Volvo Penta service facility on the River Hamble

NEW FACILITY: R.K. Marine’s new service facility on the River Hamble will be opened on Friday 2 March by Eva Nilsagard, head of Dealer Business Management and Stefan Carlsson, head of Volvo Penta region Europe.
The new facility consists of a new building with service reception and workshop, which can handle Volvo Penta’s new IPS drives, traditional outdrives and all Volvo Penta’s engines from 1 to16 litres.
The new building also has a fabrication shop, cleaning bay, specialist tool store and training area.
The second part of the new facility is a 40 ton, 60ft lifting dock, which will come online later in the year.
