Volvo Penta' s new headquarters building in Watford, England, was officially opened in April by the company' s president, Staffan Jufors.
Equipped with the latest sailmaking technology, with advanced design software, Laser cutters, gluing machines and powerful sewing machines, the loft is set up to manufacture and service sails.
The new building is home to V-P's UK divisions: marine leisure sales, marine commercial sales, industrial sales, parts and accessories sales, service support and administration, accounting services and IT. "The move emphasises Volvo Penta's commitment to the UK, " said Jufors.
