Whale entered The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For survey for the first time this year and is the only Northern Ireland company to get listed.
LISTING: Whale has been included in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For survey. The survey has been running for 10 years and this year more than 1000 companies applied to achieve star status.
Whale entered for the first time this year, and is the only Northern Ireland based company listed. Focusing on employees, the survey analyses how employees are treated as individuals and as part of a team and for the quality of their workplace.
‘We’d like to congratulate Whale on their outstanding achievement,’ said Jonathon Austin - Founder and SEO of Best Companies. ‘An engaged workforce is essential as organisations move out of the recession and into a more stable economic situation.
‘This recognition comes at an exciting time for the company as Whale sees a stream of new products being launched over the next two years,’ said Patrick Hurst, managing director of Whale.
