Professional Deck Shoes from Chatham
Chatham's G2 professional range features two incredibly popular technical deck shoes, Schooner and Sloop, which both have been phenomenally successful this summer and Sailing Today’s Duncan Kent said he was, “amazed at just how soft and comfortable,” the Schooner deck shoes were.
The preferred deck shoe of the Sunsail Racing skippers, Schooner has a unique lightweight sole unit made from sticky rubber and suction pads, providing the ultimate in on-board grip. There are water channels in the sole unit, which extract water and provide added stability on deck and the shoe features a new phylon mid-sole with a full length padded footbed providing exceptional comfort, thanks to its flexibility and cushioning.
The Sloop G2 technical boat shoe is made from a combination of premium waxy leather and nubuck and features a mesh tongue and panel inserts. The deck shoe has a double-density phylon midsole, a soft padded collar and a full length leather perforated padded sock with interior leather and cotton linings for superior comfort. The shoe features a unique non-slip rubber siped outsole for superb grip in wet conditions
All shoes from Chatham’s G2 Professional range, feature a two-year guarantee. Both Sloop and Schooner are available in sizes 6 -12 including half sizes and can be purchased from www.chatham-marine.co.uk, or from John Lewis stores and chandleries nationwide. RRP £99. Schooner is available in either navy or chestnut and Sloop is available in light stone.
