Chief Mate: 6 months for fatal collision

RUN DOWN: Gerardus Chapel, the chief mate at the helm of the 98 metre dredger that ran down the Moody 31 ‘Orca’ at the entrance to the River Orwell in Suffolk last June, has received a six month sentence.
