Cox Powertrain’s CXO300 on show at boot Düsseldorf
British diesel outboard manufacturer, Cox Powertrain, will show its new diesel outboard, the CXO300, at boot Düsseldorf in January via its German distributer Marx Technik.
“With its diesel technology, the CXO300 offers high fuel efficiency, long range, low fire risk and a long service life,” explained Robert Marx, owner and CEO of Friedrich Marx GmbH & Co. KG. “All these characteristics are, according to our experience, crucial for our customers.”
Cox says its first engine, the CXO300, is the highest power density diesel outboard engine ever developed.
It has been developed to deliver the same performance and efficiency of an inboard but with the convenience and flexibility of an outboard.
Public demonstrations of engine will begin in January 2019.
