More than 4000m sold
The Parma UniversalFender has been developed to provide strong, flexible protection for pilings at marinas, fuel docks, private docks, quays or jetties.
“It is also ideal for other exposed areas, like garage walls and pillars, other exposed walls, sport arenas and play parks, trucks, trolleys, trailers, warehouse ramps and much more,” explained David Barrow of ParmaFender distributor Barrow International.
The fender is constructed from foamed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) combined with airfilled spaces in the profile for extra shock absorption.
The profile can be mounted around narrow radiuses and corners, making it suitable for a variety of applications in both marine and other markets.
“The operating temperature of the TPU material ranges from -40°C to +80°C and is UV-stabilised, so it is suitable in all kinds of environments,” added David.
It is manufactured from 100% recycled material and it is also 100% recyclable and can be ordered in a range of colours.
It can be sold in bulk as well as in small retail volumes of between 1m to 4m.
Since UniversalFender’s launch in March this year more than 4000m have been sold.
Fender dimensions: height 90mm, breadth: 30mm.
