Jeanneau moves into luxury cruiser market
Jeanneau is entering the world of large outboard day cruisers with the launch of the latest in its Cap Camarat line.
The new Cap Camarat 12.5 WA follows on the heels of the 9.0 WA and 10.5 WA models and will make its global debut at this year’s Paris Boat Show in December.
Designed by Michael Peters and Sarrazin, the 11.9m cruiser has a maximum power of 900hp, top speed of 50 knots and a V-shaped, unstepped hull. Initial sea trials have confirmed its high performance and cruising comfort.
Major innovations include a forward saloon with facing seating and multi-configuration exterior galley. The full-beam aft cabin has a king-size berth and separate shower compartment whilst large windows open the interior living space to the exterior.
