Survitec has launched its SOLAS 360 scheme for customers using its safety equipment and servicing.

The scheme includes service completion guarantee and fixed pricing models and is designed to make sure vessels are kept safe and compliant while reducing complexity and total cost of ownership.

“SOLAS 360 represents a real market first and an exciting time for Survitec, its customers and the future of the marine safety industry,” said Terje Borkenhagen, VP marine sales, Survitec. “We feel this will dramatically benefit vessel operations.”

He added: “Safety on board vessels is of the utmost importance. In today’s competitive market operators continue to seek ways to maximise efficiencies and reduce cost without compromising on performance.”

SOLAS 360 covers the totality of an operator’s safety equipment needs, including but not limited to fire, rescue and safety service, liferaft rental, lifeboat inspections and safety products.
