Six new steering wheels from Vetus
Vetus has a range of new products for interiors including seating, steering wheels and extraction ventilators.
The Captain seat has been given a makeover with the launch of the Captseat 3.0 that is available in two colours, grey or blue, with contrasting piping,
Another product to be restyled is the Sailor seat. The Sailor2 has increased lumbar support, a padded seat and aluminium frame and will fit all pedestals.
Following positive reactions to a custom project, Vetus has launched the Pilot seat.
“We originally created this design as a custom project,” says Stephen Baker, Vetus UK general manager. “Reactions on the final result were very positive so we had to add it to our line-up.”
The Pilot seat and the new Seaman seat can be fixed to all Vetus pedestals with a slide.
For keen fishermen, the Private seat fits all swivel pedestals.
Vetus has also updated its steering wheel range with the launch of six new models. Made from polyurethane rubber, leather and polished aluminium and ranging from 300mm to 350mm, the Albus, Tectona, Alter, Ravus, Argentus and Noctis all feature a chromed ABS centre cap.
Finally, Vetus has expanded its Twinline in-line extraction ventilator series with the addition of two 24V versions to complement the existing 12V models.
“These powerful ventilators have a very compact housing allowing installation in the most confined spaces,” explained Stephen.
“The Twinline series is also perfectly suitable to simply extract the heat from your engine room, making it a valuable addition to diesel and electric powered boats.”
