Barrus has added Blue Gee Supplies to its portfolio of marine equipment brands.

Established in 1985, Blue Gee is a British manufacturer of marine construction and repair materials with products for novices and experts alike.

The range includes polyester and epoxy products in kit and bulk formats plus a selection of more than 80 pigment options.

Blue Gee products are now exclusively available through Barrus, utilising its partnership with SailForce, to streamline the supply chain.

Stronger distribution

"We are over the moon to become a part of the Barrus family and equally them to become a part of ours,” said Blue Gee chairman and CEO Tom Farrugia. “Blue Gee's brand and service of 35 years is only going to strengthen with this new, stronger distribution relationship with Barrus.”

Ben Allen, E P Barrus general manager, added: “The agreement with Blue Gee to become its exclusive distributor for the UK further strengthens our growing product offering for the marine aftermarket and we thank Tom and his team for allowing us this opportunity.”

Blue Gee joins Talamex, Besto, G-Nautics, Stazo and Barton Marine and will be available to order from SailForce from April 1 2019.
